A visit to the mall often begins before anyone arrives. The Mall of Cyprus website brings the essentials of planning that visit into one place: where to shop, where to eat and what is happening now.
Live since 19 May 2025, the redesign gives visitors a practical way to explore the destination online, from its store and dining directories to opening hours, directions, gift cards and the latest news and events.
Many reasons to visit. One place to start.
A destination with shops, restaurants and a changing calendar of activity has to answer different questions at different moments. One visitor wants to find a particular store; another needs to know when to arrive or how to get there.
The website therefore has two jobs: make everyday visit information easy to find, while leaving room for discovery. News, events and gift cards belong alongside the practical details, not out of sight when someone is planning their day.
A clearer path from browsing to visiting.
The current site puts the mall's offer within reach through dedicated shopping and dining directories. Visitors can explore what is available, then turn to opening hours and directions to make a plan.
Gift cards, news and events extend the experience beyond a simple list of stores. Together, these pages make the website a useful companion for both a quick errand and a day out at the Mall of Cyprus.
The physical mall, carried onto the screen.
We approached the redesign as an extension of the physical space. A spacious, minimalist backdrop carries the brand’s energetic Mediterranean accents, with sleek modern typography and card-based layouts giving lifestyle imagery room to work.
The result is clean and contemporary: easy to navigate, welcoming at first glance and premium in feel.
Same content. A look for a younger audience.
Traffic had been trending slightly downward, and the mall wanted a refresh to bring visitors back, with Gen Z as a key audience and a look that moves with the times.
The content and sitemap stayed broadly the same. The most visited information, opening hours and shop information, had to stay front and centre, and the build prioritised speed, mobile-first responsiveness and SEO.
